Twenty years behind a professional kitchen line — the last twelve of them in Norway — taught me things you can’t learn anywhere else…. But every one of those years was also for someone: my son. I wanted him to grow up watching what it looks like to build something real with your own hands, no shortcuts.

PJR Built Different started as a promise more than a business plan. No investors, no easy road — just the same grind that got me through every service, now poured into something I can hand down. This brand carries the good years and the hard ones both. It's built different because I had to be.
